aRe u sTress ?


stress is a silent disease that still sweep it looks like a simple disease.
but if not handled seriously, the disease can be dangerous.

This disease is often caused by:
1. Genesis of everyday life both happy and sad like:
a. Personal relationship problems.
b. Losing a loved one either because of death or divorce.
c. Start a new job / moving house / emigration.
d. Married / have kids.
2. Environment such as too crowded, too many people or too hot in the home or workplace.
3. School or work that requires a strict time schedule, and or working with a hard top and less understanding.
4. Financial problems such as debt and spending beyond.
5. Less confident, shy.
6. Reaching goals are too ambitious goals.
7. Negative feelings such as guilt and did not know how to solve frustrating.

The fix is to:

1. Relaxation techniques such as breath, meditation or massage may help relieve stress.
2. Go sightseeing with a girlfriend, friends or family can help relieve your stress.
3. remove all load your mind with how to vent with friends, girlfriend or your family. or you can also calm the mind by shouting as loud as hard on the beach, but no one heard you can feel relieved again (that's what I usually do): D
4. Eat your favorite foods that your heart's content can help you forget the stress. but do not eat a lot of fatty foods, so you do not get fat when you Fress back.
5. Make decisions carefully. Consider carefully good or bad aspects before deciding anything.
