Anemia

Anemia (in Greek: Without the blood) is a state where the number of red blood cells or amount of hemoglobin (oxygen carrying protein) in red blood cells is below normal.
Red blood cells contain hemoglobin, which allows them to carry oxygen from the lungs and deliver it to all parts of the body.
Anemia causes reduction in the number of red blood cells or amount of hemoglobin in red blood cells, so that blood can not carry oxygen in the body as needed.

common cause of anemia are:
1. Menstrual bleeding very much.
2. Kidney tumors or bladder.
3. Cancer or polyps in the digestive tract.
4. Peptic ulcer.
5. haemorrhoids.
6. Bleeding nose.
etc..

The main causes of a person experiencing anemia, is iron deficiency. This condition does not occur suddenly, but through several stages. At first, the deposits of iron in the body decreases, to reduce the production of hemoglobin and red blood cells slowly.

anemia can be prevented by consuming nutritious foods and balanced, with iron intake is sufficient to meet the needs of the body.iron can found in meat or in dark green vegetables such as spinach and kale, beans, peas, and beans.
However, the iron content in meat is more easily absorbed in the body than from vegetable or processed materials such as cereals.
