Poisoning


poison is any substance or substances in a relatively small number when entered into the body will cause a chemical reaction that will cause illness or death.


The main manifestations of poisoning are vision problems, respiratory problems and hyper active gastro - intestinal.
• Acute Poisoning
Symptoms - symptoms begin 30 to 60 minutes and a maximum mencapi in 2 to 8 hours.


1. Poisoning Weight:
- Diarrhea, pin point, pupils did not react, difficult breathing, pulmonary edema, sianons, spirgter lost control, seizures - seizures, coma, and heart block.

2. Poisoning Medium:

3. Mild poisoning:

• Chronic poisoning
- Kolinesterase inhibition will persist for 2 to 6 weeks (organofospat). To bond with the Ache karbamat only temporary and will be off again after a few hours (reversible).


- Symptoms - symptoms when there is like a mild acute poisoning, but if the exposure again in small amounts can cause symptoms - severe symptoms.


Death usually occurs due to respiratory failure


Respiratory failure may also occur due to respiratory muscle weakness, spasm of the bronchus and pulmonum edema.
