High blood pressure or hypertension is a medical condition in which blood pressure increased in chronic (long term).
If someone has high blood pressure and did not get the treatment and control on a regular basis (routine), then this can bring the patient into serious cases can even cause death.
High blood pressure or hypertension is also a risk factor for stroke, heart attack, and kidney failure.

What causes hypertension?

1. Sports causing less blood pressure increases in the body.
2. Excessive alcohol consumption also causes high blood pressure.
3. Caffeine found in coffee, tea or cola drinks can cause increased blood pressure.
4. Smoking also can increase blood pressure was high. Smoking habits may increase the risk of diabetes, heart attack and stroke.
5. Stress and emotional conditions that are unstable can also trigger high blood pressure. therefore better control your emotions.
6. People who weigh over 30 percent of ideal body weight, are more likely to suffer high blood pressure.
7. Salt can increase blood pressure rapidly in some people.
8. Research shows that as age increases a person's blood pressure will rise.
9. If someone has a parent or relative who has high blood pressure, then it is likely he suffered from high blood pressure is greater.

Then how can I fix?

3. Quitting smoking also plays a major role to reduce high blood pressure or hypertension.
4. Eat vegetables and fruits are high in fiber.

7. Consumption of foods containing potassium, magnesium and calcium because it can reduce blood pressure.
